Shipping

General Shipping Information

We charge a non-refundable flat rate shipping fee to any address within the United States of $10. We ship most orders within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We will notify you via e-mail when your order was shipped and it's expected arrival date. We will also notify you via E-mail if we cannot ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

For Ground Service, we primarily use Fed-Ex or Priority Mail (Avg 2-4 business days) depending on the products requested. To addresses within the US, we also offer 2 day and Overnight Services for an extra charge.  If this type of shipping is desired, please include it in the special instructions section.   We ship Postal Service Priority Mail to most residental addresses, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Estimated days of service are "business" days and exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier service guarantees (service refunds) do not include delays caused by "Acts of God" such as severe weather (read UPS, USPS, Fed EX service agreements for more info). International Orders

We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS to most countries.

However, we ask that you contact us for rates and shipping options prior to placing your order. Not all international shipping options include tracking and can sometimes take 4-6 weeks to get to you. We recommend selecting premium or courier shipping services whenever available. Insurance is required for some destinations.

At the moment, we can process international orders only with payments by American Express, Discover, Master Card and VISA.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do our best to describe the contents and value of each package accurately. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/brokerage/destination charges, or any delays or non-delivery caused by the carrier or customs, or causes beyond our control. Returns/reshipments, if necessary, would be at the customer's expense.

Canada Duties/Taxes

Please note that you will also be responsible for any broker fees, duties and/or taxes applied by customs for shipments outside the United States. We cannot predict what these fees may be. We normally ship using Canada Express Mail International which is 5-7 working days (Mon - Fri. excluding weekends and holidays). Please contact your country's customs service for more information on duties and taxes.
